New Property Manager on the Stone & Browning Team!

Having another highly qualified Property Manager on the team is beneficial for our tenants as well as our staff! Extra hands means extra help that we can provide for our tenants to make sure that their renting experience goes smoothly.

Kendall is the first female to graduate with a Construction Management degree from Norwich University. She even spent time in Washington D.C. to intern at the Smithsonian Institution, in the Building Facilities and Systems Engineering Department.

She also has international building experience, spending two summers over in Tanzania, East Africa building a residential and vocational training center for orphaned youth.

She has many certifications such as: EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP). Having lived in 11 different states, she has experience working alongside people with diverse backgrounds & in communities of varying economic/social status.
