Meet our Team

Reuben is a graduate of Spaulding High school in Barre, VT. He attended the University of Southern Maine where he graduated with a degree in Industrial Technology and dual concentrations in Industrial Management and Electro-Mechanical systems. He is also a graduate of the National Apartments Associations “Certified Apartment Manager” program . Reuben is on the board of directors for Freezing Fun for Families, Central VT Young Professionals and CVEDC. He lives in East Montpelier with his wife and their dog Rugby!

Mark is a graduate of Spaulding High school and was born and raised in Barre. Mark graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration and minors in Public Relations and Communications. Mark is on the board of directors of Freezing Fun for Families, Barre Area Development, and the Central Vermont Young Professionals. He lives in E. Montpelier with his wife, daughter and dogs Porter & Dixie.

Alicia is a graduate of Spaulding High School and was born and raised in Barre, VT. She has a background in Communications and Marketing and graduated from Champlain College.  In 2018 Alicia was named one of Vermont Business Magazine's top 10 Rising Stars under 40. She lives in Barre with her husband, daughter and their 2 dogs.

Pam is a graduate of Spaulding High School and graduated with a degree in Accounting from Champlain College. She has extensive background in the Accounting field. Pam considers herself a bacon enthusiast.

Originally from Chicago, with Burlington roots beginning at Burlington High School he developed a love for the city. His interest in architectural design led Bruce to Boston in 2010, where his real estate career began. He later stepped into management in 2019 and became a part-owner of the firm in 2020. Along the way, he expanded into property management, always keeping client service as his top priority. After 10+ years in Boston, he recently relocated back to Vermont.

Outside of work, he enjoys music, making the most of life with his three year old son, staying active with running, weight training, and traveling to catch sporting events.

Zach grew up just outside New York City and has called Vermont home since 2011. He studied Chemistry and played rugby at Canisius College before launching a career in business management, gaining experience across a variety of industries. Health and fitness have always been central to Zach’s life; he spent six years managing a fitness facility in Central Vermont. He later returned to school to earn a degree in Computer Science and is now part of the Stone and Browning team. Zach and his wife currently live in their own duplex in Barre City.

Jesse is an experienced property manager with 15 years of experience in the field. Originally from Pennsylvania, Jesse spent 17 years in Los Angeles before returning to Vermont, which has always held a special place in his heart. Along with his passion for property management, Jesse enjoys reading, playing games, and attending concerts in his free time. He currently resides in Winooski with his wife.

Abby is originally from Upstate New York. She graduated from Saranac High School and came to Vermont to attend Norwich University, graduating in 2018.  She joined our team in July 2020. Abby has a background in volunteer management and in her free time she likes to go on hikes, volunteer, and read. She has an adorable cat named Chai. Abby is a long time member of Rotary as well!

Kelsey graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2017. She has 10+ years experience in customer service and banking. Originally from Bennington, Vermont, Kelsey relocated to central Vermont with her husband and their two black labs Charley and Lily.

Moneca is from the Philippines and holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing. She brings a caring and compassionate approach to everything she does. Outside of her professional background, Moneca has a deep love for cooking and finds joy in creating delicious meals for family and friends. She is also passionate about the ocean, often spending her free time by the water, embracing its beauty and tranquility.

Belle graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and 2 years of teaching experience at Colegio de San Ignacio. She spent about 2 years as a Customer Service Representative and previously worked as a Property Manager. Known for her creativity and passion, Belle brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and exploring the ocean, where her love for swimming and nature shines.

With four years of customer service experience, she enjoys connecting with people and bringing a positive attitude to every interaction. Jamal grew up in NorthEast Ohio. A graduate of The George Washington University with a degree in International Business Administration, Jamal has run his own educational entertainment company for over 25 years. He's a DJ for private events and weddings, a mural artist, and performer. He also teaches Hip Hop in schools, universities and after school programs. Drawn to the mountains of Vermont, Jamal has been coaching competitive snowboarding for over a decade. He lives in Warren with his partner and their new baby boy.

Nikki moved to Vermont after living in Syracuse, New York where she did a little bit of everything to include: owning a small business, volunteering for E. Syracuse Fire Dept., rehabilitating wildlife, as well as being a professional paintball player! Since moving to Vermont, Nikki now enjoys riding motorcycles, camping and quilting.

Sherwood grew up in Warren and brings a wealth of experience, heart, and hands-on know-how to everything he does. After graduating from Harwood Union High, he spent 26 years serving in the U.S. Air Force, and has over 45 years of experience in residential construction—from site work to custom cabinetry. He even ran his own business for many years! These days, Sherwood lives off the grid with his wife of eight years, enjoying a quiet, self-sufficient lifestyle. He’s a proud dad of six and grandpa to ten. When he’s not fixing something or lending a hand, you’ll likely find him out on his motorcycle (he’s been riding for over 50 years!), digging in the garden, lost in a good book, or planning his next adventure.

Geoff was born and raised in Barre, VT graduating from Spaulding High School in 2004. He worked for the State of Vermont Agency of Transportation for 10 years as a maintenance supervisor with the Aviation section of VTrans before arriving at Stone & Browning. In his free time Geoff likes to spend time with his son and family!

Fedras helped us out a lot during the Flood of 2023 and joined our team soon after! He enjoys spending time outdoors - snowshoeing in the winter and kayaking in the warmer months! Fedras also likes to cook and you can find him whipping up delicious meals when not at work.

Kurt is from Ferrisburgh, Vermont! He has a background in property maintenance and has brought his knowledge to our team. When he is not working you can find Kurt outdoors fishing, camping, boating and hiking!

Scott has lived in Vermont for the last 20 years. He has a background in woodworking and industrial sales. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors - whether it is camping, fishing, or kayaking with his family and their dog Piggy.

Evan was born in North Carolina but raised right here in Washington County, Vermont.  He played four years of lacrosse at Montpelier High School and  after graduating in 2022, returned to the field as a volunteer coach. With over a year and a half of experience in the service industry, he enjoys connecting with people and being part of a team. When Evan's not working, you’ll usually find him fishing or spending time with my family!

Brandon, a Barre native, joins our team as a Maintenance Tech. With a background in auto mechanics, he brings hands-on technical skills and a problem-solving mindset to keeping our properties in top condition. When he’s not working, Brandon enjoys bowling in a league and spending quality time with his family.

Jen is a native of Barre and keeps busy being in a hockey family. On weekends you can find her cheering on her kids at hockey tournaments and when its warmer she enjoys traveling and camping.

Sabrina grew up in Vermont! She lives with her cat (Chupacabra) and Dog (Harley). She enjoys learning sign language in her free time and likes checking out new movies and shows!

Clarissa majored in Political Science and after graduating she worked with BPO companies in the Philippines until she learned about working online in 2009. Since then, she has worked with clients from different industries. She has been working in  Property Management for the past 9 years . After serving as a Property Manager at her last job, she has vast experience dealing with owners, vendors and residents. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 8 year old son, reading books on self-development, and watching motivational podcasts.

Huey is a 2 year old "Chiweenie" (Chihuahua and Dachshund mix) that loves greeting all of his coworkers with tail wags, spins, chirps of joy and many kisses! Soft toys with squeakers or flashing bouncing balls are some of his favorite toys. He loves a warm lap to snuggle in for naps too!
